Trisha Yusaf is the AVP of Canada Operations at Avalon Risk Management (Canada) Inc. Since joining Avalon in 2022, she has brought more than 15 years of commercial insurance expertise to the organization. In her current role, Trisha oversees national operations, manages key client relationships, and provides strategic sales support across Canada.
Prior to joining Avalon, Trisha held roles at Marsh Canada and BrokerLink, where she managed customer accounts, led sales and cross‑selling initiatives, conducted policy reviews and risk analyses, and processed Lloyd’s policies. She also spearheaded training programs for Insurance Assistants (IAs), strengthening alignment with organizational protocols and improving overall performance. In addition, Trisha co‑developed a standardized fiduciary accounting protocol that improved financial reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency.
Trisha is involved in various industry-related trade associations, including the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) and the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA).
She holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Economics from Brock University and the CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation. Trisha is licensed in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia.
In her free time, Trisha loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys reading, baking, and discovering new experiences.
